Location: Hybrid (Classes will be conducted in-person at Finn Hall, 4090 Rocklin Road, and will simultaneously be made available via Zoom and video recording for anyone who cannot attend in person. Choose the format that works best for you!) Note that in-person attendance open to ages 8-18. All ages are welcome to join us virtually.

Dance Classes at RCT allow musical theatre performers of all experience levels to develop and enhance their dance abilities through small-group interaction with our professional team. Each class provides the building blocks to enable you to approach dance auditions and the rigors of musical theatre choreography with confidence!

Refund Policy: Full refunds are given for cancellations made by September 9th. No Refunds for cancellations after September 9th.

Note: COVID safety procedures will be in place for in-person classes. Masks will be required. If at any point during the class session we are unable to continue with our in-person format due to governmental directives, the class will automatically shift to a virtual format.

Ballet for Musical Theatre (Beginners)

Wednesdays, September 2 - November 18
Class Meeting Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm (class is also recorded for viewing or re-viewing at another time)
Class Fee: $175

This class is designed to introduce beginning theatre students to a combination of musical theatre dance, ballet technique, and multiple Broadway styles.. Through this class you will establish strong dance technique, increase in strength and flexibility, enhance your dance vocabulary used in musical theatre, and build Broadway repertoire.

Jazz for Musical Theatre (Beginner-Intermediate)
Open to all ages (see note above)
Wednesdays, September 2 - November 18
Class Meeting Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm (class is also recorded for viewing or re-viewing at another time)

Class Fee: $175

Designed for dancers who are new or have some experience with jazz. Dancers will learn and develop the foundational steps of jazz dance with turns, kicks, and leap steps along with popular and simple rhythm techniques and fun expression.

Contemporary/Lyrical (Intermediate-Advanced)

Wednesdays, September 2 - November 18
Class Meeting Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm (class is also recorded for viewing or re-viewing at another time)
Class Fee: $175

This class combines Modern and Jazz technique with a free form of movement and theme, and dance steps choreographed to the lyrics of each song. It is filled with very technical dance moves that are very visual and fun to perform and watch.
